About the Role

We’re seeking a Full-Time Administrative/Warranty Coordinator to join our team. To be successful in this role you must be organized with excellent follow-up habits and able to manage a timeline-based workflow. Responsible for all aspects of the warranty/service process, including but not limited to: construction issue diagnosis, customer service, client and trade scheduling, problem solving, budget management, conflict resolution, clear and concise communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
