About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Lead Estimator to join our team. To be successful as a lead estimator, you should have excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. Outstanding lead estimators are able to negotiate with a range of professionals, make accurate time and cost estimates, and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
Position Requirements: Five years of experience in construction estimating or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
The right candidate for this job will have demonstrated interpersonal skills with a variety of individuals and groups, subcontractors, individual employees, jobsite teams, and company executives. Demonstrated understanding of construction documents and how they apply to estimating. Experience interpreting and understanding construction plans and designs. Proven written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in estimating software, On-Screen, Bluebeam, and Google Suite.
